A branded analytics service backed by client-level evidence

Your Brand and Domain

Use separate light and dark logos, dashboard colors, chart palettes, custom pages, sidebar links, and your agency domain.

Separate Access for Every Client

Create client accounts and choose exactly which websites and dashboards each user can see.

Dashboards for Each Client

Build dashboards that work on every screen, reuse your best charts, and adjust the date range, filters, and layout for each client.

Simple Sharing and Client Portals

Share a dashboard through a client account or public link. Add a password, refresh it automatically, or show it inside a client portal.

Commercial Agency Rights

The UXWizz Agency license lets you give clients free or paid dashboard access. Lower tiers do not include this right.

Direct Data and Cost Control

Host the platform and database on your infrastructure. Add websites and visitors without per-client overages, then scale the server as usage grows.

The essentials

What is a white-label analytics and reporting tool?

Deliver analytics under your own brand. Compare dashboard control, client access, sharing, commercial rights, available data, and operational ownership.

Make the client experience recognizably yours

Use your domain, light and dark logos, colors, chart palettes, pages, and sidebar links. Pair the branding with a clear reporting service.

Build evidence into the client dashboard

Turn Ask AI results into reusable widgets. Combine them with traffic, goals, events, and segments, then use heatmaps and recordings to explain changes.

Keep each client inside the right boundary

Control access by client, website, and dashboard. Share a protected link or embed the dashboard in a client portal.

What to check

How to compare white-label reporting tools

Start with the client deliverable. Decide whether you need website behavior analytics, cross-channel reporting, embedded analytics, or scheduled files.

Questions agencies should answer before buying
Criterion What to verify UXWizz approach
Brand depth Light and dark logos, colors, chart styling, custom domain, login experience, pages, sidebar, emails, exports, and remaining vendor references. Separate light/dark logos, dashboard colors, chart palettes, domain, custom pages, and sidebar links. Confirm any specific email or export branding your workflow requires.
Client access Whether each client has a separate account and can see only its own websites and dashboards. Create users, choose their websites and dashboards, and give them view-only or editing access while your team keeps full control.
Dashboard delivery Dashboards for every screen, reusable charts, public links, passwords, automatic refresh, and client-portal support. Build mobile-friendly dashboards, reuse Ask AI charts, share them through accounts or public links, and show them inside client portals.
Analytics scope Direct website data, ad and social connectors, CRM data, BI modeling, embedded analytics, or all of these. Direct website traffic and behavior analytics: goals, events, segments, heatmaps, recordings, errors, client dashboards, and saved Ask AI charts. It is not an all-source marketing data platform.
Commercial rights Whether the license permits external client access, reselling, and charging for the service. The UXWizz Agency license permits paid or free access for external clients; lower tiers are for the purchaser's own organization.
Pricing model Charges per client, site, user, connector, report, event, session, or traffic allowance, plus renewal terms. $2,490 one-time Agency license with one year of updates and premium support, then an optional support subscription for continued updates and support; no per-site or per-visitor overages.
Operations and risk Who owns server security, updates, backups, monitoring, capacity, data retention, incident response, and recovery. Your agency controls and operates the self-hosted environment. Managed hosting is available by request if you prefer operational help.

If the client expects Google Ads, Meta, CRM, call tracking, finance, and SEO data in one automated report, plan a separate reporting layer or choose a connector-led tool.

Own the client experience

Turn analytics into a service under your own brand

Who it suits

When UXWizz white-label analytics is a good fit

A strong fit

  • Web, UX, CRO, development, and full-service agencies that want direct evidence from client websites.
  • Teams that want branded client dashboards, saved Ask AI charts, goals, heatmaps, and recordings in one platform.
  • Agencies that prefer a one-time software license and server-based scaling over per-client, per-site, or per-visitor SaaS charges.
  • Privacy-conscious clients that value agency-controlled infrastructure, database access, hosting region, backups, and retention.

Choose another tool or add a reporting layer when

  • Your main deliverable is a blended cross-channel report importing advertising, social, CRM, call, ecommerce, finance, and SEO-platform data.
  • You need native mobile-app or embedded SaaS product analytics rather than analytics for websites.
  • Your team wants no responsibility for server security, updates, monitoring, backups, capacity, retention, or recovery and does not want managed help.
  • Your contract requires a specific scheduled PDF, email, export, connector, or client-portal workflow that you have not tested in the demo or trial.

A practical agency rollout

  • Define the client-facing service, KPIs, dashboard templates, review cadence, data boundary, and support promise before configuring the platform.
  • Use the free trial and live demo to test the analytics workflow; confirm the UXWizz Agency branding and commercial terms before purchase.
  • Choose a self-hosted or managed deployment, then set up backups, security, monitoring, capacity, and retention.
  • Add client websites, apply your brand, build the dashboards, assign account access, and test every public link and client handoff before delivery.

  • A dashboard built for their decisions

  • A service you can package and price

Important scope and ownership questions

Does UXWizz replace a cross-channel business-intelligence warehouse?
No. UXWizz focuses on first-party website analytics and behavior. It does not automatically combine advertising, CRM, finance, and every external reporting source.
Can clients receive a simple view without full editing access?
Yes. Use view-only accounts or password-protected public links, and show a shared dashboard inside a client portal when needed.
Who maintains a self-hosted white-label platform?
Your team or hosting partner maintains the server, database, backups, updates, security settings, and client access policies.

White-Label Analytics and Reporting FAQ

What is white-label analytics?
White-label analytics is an existing analytics platform presented to clients under your own brand. A useful evaluation checks the logo, colors, domain, login experience, client permissions, data sources, report workflow, commercial rights, and who operates the platform—not only whether the vendor logo can be hidden.
Can I remove UXWizz branding and use my own domain?
Yes. The Agency / White-Label plan supports separate light and dark logos, dashboard colors, chart palettes, your own domain, custom pages, and sidebar links so the client experience follows your identity.
Can each client see only its own websites?
Yes. Create a separate client account, choose the websites and dashboards it can see, and give it view-only or editing access. Your agency team keeps full control.
Can I share or show a dashboard without a client login?
Yes. Share a dashboard or individual widget through a public link. Add a password, refresh it automatically, show it inside a client portal, or disable the link at any time.
Can I charge clients for UXWizz analytics access?
Yes, with the UXWizz Agency license. It permits free or paid dashboard access for external clients. Lower tiers are intended for your own organization and do not include the same client-reselling right.
Does UXWizz combine Google Ads, social, CRM, and finance data into one report?
No. UXWizz is direct website traffic and behavior analytics with goals, events, segments, heatmaps, recordings, reports, and error context. If clients need a blended cross-channel dashboard, plan a separate reporting layer or choose a connector-led product for that job.
What does the Agency license cost after the first year?
The current Agency price is $2,490 as a one-time license purchase with one year of premium support and updates. After the first year, continued updates and support use an optional support subscription; the purchased software version continues working without it.
Who operates a self-hosted white-label analytics platform?
Your agency controls the hosting environment and is responsible for suitable security, updates, backups, monitoring, database capacity, retention, recovery, access, and privacy configuration. Managed hosting is available by request if you want operational help.
