Prepare your server before updating

Before upgrading from v9 — UXWizz 10.0 has new server requirements. Complete these checks before you open Settings → Update:

  • Confirm 64-bit PHP 8.3+ with PDO MySQL and ZIP
  • Confirm MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.7+
  • Back up the database and complete UXWizz installation folder
  • If you use UXWizz Agency MultiDB, back up every database and the mapping files

Which features are included only in UXWizz Agency?
The UXWizz Agency version adds custom client dashboards, reusable dashboard widgets, public links, client-portal support, full white-label branding, and MultiDB support. Stronger account security, saved Ask AI work, persistent analytics setup, and installation improvements are broader version 10 platform changes, subject to your license.
Can a client view a dashboard without an account?
Yes, with the UXWizz Agency version. Share the dashboard or one of its widgets through a public link. Add a password, enable automatic refresh, show it inside a client portal, or disable the link at any time.
Does Ask AI send visitor results to the AI provider?
No. Ask AI sends the conversation needed to generate the query. Query results stay separate and are executed against your own UXWizz database.
Can I update directly from UXWizz 9 to 10.0?
Yes, on a supported server. First verify the new platform requirements and create database and filesystem backups. Then use the authenticated updater in Settings instead of extracting UXWizz 10.0 over the live installation.
Can I try UXWizz 10.0 before buying?
Yes. Install the free trial without entering payment details. You can also use the live demo to review the current dashboard before choosing a license.
